  Location is right in town, very convenient.
  It was a clean, 2 bedroom, well appointed kitchen and living areas and comfy beds.
  Needs some attention- broken/no light in the kitchen area. Pans were good except one that should be thrown out. No lightbulb in the refrigerator. Bathtub faucets need replacing.

  We have always enjoyed staying in this unit. However there were a couple maintenance items which should be corrected. Both bulbs in the nightstand light in one of the bedrooms were burned out. Also the switch for the lamp had been removed . The second item is that a towel rack in the bathroom had been ripped from the wall. While neither of these are huge problems, it would have made our stay more convenient had they not been issues. Thank you.

  The apartment was perfect for walking to everything in Sitka - the Sea Walk, food and shopping. Overall, the place is clean and well-maintained. However, the TV did not work - but we weren't there to watch TV - so it wasn't a huge inconvenience - just would have been nice to have when it was raining in the evening. Also - light bulbs were missing from bedroom lamps and the refrigerator.

  We rented this unit so we could explore the Sitka National Monument, hike the Indian Creek trail and use it as a fishing base camp. It worked perfectly for our uses. Close to everything we wanted to do yet on a side street so it is very quiet at night. The twin beds are just that Twins. The living area is really huge abd comfortable for 4 people. The pots and pans for the kitchen are alittle rough but got the job done. The unit is up a flight of stairs so you have to lug your stuff up and down. the front window view is of buildings across the street.
