  Property was a cute efficiency type apartment. The view from the balcony was stunning. I loved having a washer and dryer. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had coffee pods provided. The rental was very clean and I am a clean freak. The location can’t be beat! You are within walking distance to a grocery store as well as all of the downtown shops and restaurants. Check in and check out was a breeze, and I really appreciated all of the information that was provided. Driving and parking directions were spot on. I would definitely stay here again.

  This was the perfect place for my month long stay in Sitka! The kitchen has everything you will need. A washer and dryer is a real plus, especially for an extended stay. Deep tub and nice size bathroom. Sitting out on your private balcony with a view of the mountains is a perfect ending to an Alaskan day! Grab a cup of local brewed coffee before taking your morning walk along the harbor to Totem Park. Sitka’s unique shops and eateries are out your front door! Highly recommended.

  I would definitely recommend Vance Towers C. It’s a very convenient location if you want to be in town for your visit, quick walk to the harbor and shops, restaurants, and a little grocery market. The kitchen had everything we needed. The 4-plex and street are quiet, and C’s balcony has a nice view to mountains beyond town. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit and stay somewhere that was extremely clean. Booking and customer service from the PM was awesome too. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Sitka!

  Spent a week in Sitka on vacation. Vance Towers was a fantastic choice. Small but totally adequate for myself. Very clean. Exactly as advertised. Perfect central location to be able to see the main part of town without a car, and easy access to public transportation out of walking distance. The host (or host company) provided great recommendations for everything from shuttle services and tours / tour guides to dining and shopping.

  Great owner....very good communication. This modern studio apt. is in easy walking distance to everything in Sitka town. Full sized fridge, fully outfitted kitchen, stove top and micro. Modern bathroom with an apt. washer and drier with laundry pods under the bathroom sink! Nice. We brought patio chairs from the balcony into the unit to sit by the slider on a rainy eve. There are 3 chairs at the counter, not the most comfortable for us. This is a great spot to spend a few days visiting Sitka. The owner is a star!
