  Second floor condo was nicely appointed and very very convenient to the main attractions in Sitka. It has a small balcony which was perfect for sitting outside when it got a little hot in the condo (recommend the owners supply a small fan).

  We stayed in one of the upstairs condos/apartments for 3 nights (#4). Location is excellent, very central within Sitka and close to local bus stops and a great cafe. The apartment is well fitted out with decent kitchen and clothes washer and dryer. Could benefit from a small table for meals. Also note this apartment requires two door codes for access, so check the info sent carefully.

  We really enjoyed the central location of this immaculate studio apartment. We had a couple of unforeseen issues during our stay and the property manager was extremely responsive and the issues were resolved immediately, The studio is small but perfect for a couple and extremely clean and comfortable.

  Vance Towers was awesome! Centrally located - east walking distance to everything Sitka! The condo is also beautiful- modern decor and everything newly renovated and comfortable stay for two people.
  
  My only complaint is that the white towels were not white and appeared to be “heavily used” instead of “high end” crisp and new condition. They were dingy and some even had yellow stains. Bleach might solve this for you - or get gray towels?
